Refund and Returns Policy

At Nesta Essence, we want to give you the best shopping experience possible. However, as opened and damaged products cannot be used again, we cannot accept exchange or return of the opened products once sold or delivered.

           Nesta Essence is not responsible for damage after delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and return of the product subject to the following terms-
  • Nesta Essence team will check the Returns and exchanges requests raised.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and would not be included in the refund value.
  • Processing time of the return/refunds will be 7 to 21 days after the request has been accepted.
  • No Refund shall be made once products are sold.

All products once purchased are non-refundable.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Plot No 31 A KH No 371 Hari Om City, Dayaram Purwa, Jaggaur Chinhat, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. 226019.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
